Renewable energy expert with 20 years of experience, including 15 years dedicated to operation and maintenance in the renewable energy sector.
Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Computing, and Electronics, I began my career as a technician before specializing in renewable energy in 2010.
My Carrer Path
Enercon (3 years) – A leading German pioneer in wind turbine manufacturing. As a specialized technician, I gained in-depth expertise in Enercon turbines. This experience allowed me to develop a culture of rigor, quality and above alll safetyessential elements in the operation and maintenance of wind assets.
Boralex (12 years) – An independent renewable energy producer and a major player in France and internationally. As Operations Manager and later Asset Manager, I oversaw up to 370 MW of wind farms, comprising over 200 turbines of various technologies (Siemens, Vestas, Senvion, Nordex). I consolidated my skills in asset management, team and subcontractor supervision, performance monitoring, with a constant focus on safety, ensuring the reliability, longevity of installations, and protection of people.
My career path has allowed me to develop a 360° vision on renewable energy projects, from development to dismantling, including construction, operation, maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and optimization.
Key Skills :
• Complete wind asset management, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance (CMS, blade inspections, oil analysis, boroscopy).
• Complex operations : Mechanical interventions, replacement of major components, retrofits installation, and automated detection systems for birds and bats.
• Operation and maintenance of high-voltage systems.
• Mastery of a wide range of wind platforms and technologies.
