Julien SALAMI \u2013 Founder of ExpertisENR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Renewable energy expert with 20 years of experience, including 15 years dedicated to operation and maintenance<\/strong> in the renewable energy sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Computing, and Electronics<\/strong>, I began my career as a technician before specializing in renewable energy in 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enercon (3 years)<\/strong> \u2013 A leading German pioneer in wind turbine manufacturing. As a specialized technician, I gained in-depth expertise in Enercon turbines. This experience allowed me to develop a culture of rigor<\/strong>, quality<\/strong> and above alll safety<\/strong>essential elements in the operation and maintenance of wind assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boralex (12 years)<\/strong> \u2013 An independent renewable energy producer and a major player in France and internationally. As Operations Manager and later Asset Manager, I oversaw up to 370 MW of wind farms<\/strong>, comprising over 200 turbines of various technologies (Siemens, Vestas, Senvion, Nordex). I consolidated my skills in asset management<\/strong>, team and subcontractor supervision<\/strong>, performance monitoring<\/strong>, with a constant focus on safety<\/strong>, ensuring the reliability, longevity of installations, and protection of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career path has allowed me to develop a 360\u00b0 vision on renewable energy projects<\/strong>, from development to dismantling, including construction, operation, maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and optimization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
